Vika's New Friend

Conner gave her one of his basketballs, and she actually really liked it.  She was trying so hard to hold onto it for as long as she could.  She got really mad one time when she dropped it and it rolled away.

Weekend Getaway!

  

I am so excited to say that tomorrow night I am leaving to go to Phoenix, AZ with my husband.  Yes that's right, we are leaving both kids!  My sister is taking Vika, and Dave's family is taking Conner.  Thanks so much you guys, you are the best! 

We are driving to St. George tomorrow night, and then bright and early Friday morning we are going to drive the rest of the way to Phoenix.  We are going to see the Diamond Backs play the Dodgers.  If you didn't already know, Dave is a huge baseball fan and the Dodgers are his team.  

He really wants to go to as many MLB fields as he can.  We have already been to 3 since we have been married.  Next month we are going to the east coast to see 3 more fields!  We are going to Yankee Stadium, Shey (Mets) Stadium, and Fenway (Red Sox).

Wish us luck on our long drive.  We will be back on Monday!  Hope you all have a great weekend, and Labor Day!

 

4 Months!!

Can you believe my little baby is already 4 months old?  I really have a hard time believing that.  She is so much fun, and just getting to be the cutest chuck ever!

Her Dr. appointment went really well.  She is totally healthy and happy!  She weighed in at 12 lbs. and 10 oz (as you can see in the picture below).  In the words of her Dr., "She is perfect".  I totally agree with him!!  

She was just staring at the nurse, who is actually one of my friends!

  Here is the answer:  Ross gets "stood up".  Joey told the girl that the date was canceled, and so Ross waits at the restaurant while the waiters have a pool going of how long he will stay.  He happens to get free crab cakes while he is waiting.

Naughty Boy

This is Conner on time-out.  This is a very normal place for him to be.  This time he got in trouble for putting a nail file in the fan.  I had a very long talk with him about not putting things in the fan because its dangerous and he can get hurt.  

I had to take this picture because he was only kind of listening to me, and just wanted to sit there and pout.

Vika Is So Big!

Vika is growing up way too fast.  Just the other day she decided to hold her own bottle and feed herself.
